General Manager
Location: Wood Wharf.
The General Manager at Crate has responsibility for the bar and pizzeria’s operations.
As General Manager, you will provide support to the team during shifts, support continuous team training and development, and be responsible for operational, budget, compliance, customer and staff requirements.
Team Manager
Location: Hackney Wick
The Team Manager at Crate is a key part of the Bar & Pizzeria leadership team. As Team Manager, you will champion employee experience, providing support to the front of house team during shifts, leading continuous team training sessions, and building staff rotas - balancing operational, budget and staff requirements
You’ll be reporting to the Venue Manager.
Front of House Team Leader
Location: Wood Wharf.
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Leader to join our team.
In this role, you'll be a key part of keeping our venue running smoothly, ensuring guests have an amazing experience, and supporting our team to deliver their best. You will be an important link between team members and senior leaders and your aim is to help others develop in their roles. You are expected to support building a team based on trust, with open and honest communication.
Front of House Team Member
Location: Wood Wharf.
As a Front of House Team Member here at Crate, you play a key part in ensuring our customers have a memorable experience when they visit us.
You will deliver excellent service and genuine hospitality from start to finish, whilst acting as an ambassador for the Crate brand. You will work closely with your team, Front of House Team Leaders and the Kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of bar service.
Head Chef
Location: Wood Wharf.
The Head Chef is responsible for leading the kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality pizzas while ensuring smooth kitchen operations and compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent organisational and people-management skills, as well as a passion for hospitality and operational excellence.
