Crate x Silo

In 2019 our passion for gastronomy and sustainability led to an introduction to acclaimed chef Douglas McMaster, and we partnered to open Silo London. Silo's 'pre-industrial' food system sources directly from farmers and producers, and upcycles or composts all excess waste, operating without a bin. 


Silo's tasting menu offers a sample of the best in innovative cooking and local ingredients.

 

Since opening, Silo has earned numerous awards and accolades, including a Michelin Green Star and a spot in the top 50 of the National Restaurant Awards.
